Quick races broken?

What did you try to do?
Will not get past connecting to server. Have cleared cache, tried different devices. Waited a while etc..restarted app

What happened instead?
Hangs at connection to server

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
iPad Air 2019 and iPhone 6s

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
12.4

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes

Hi Raj, do you have this problem only for quick races? Can you connect normally to league races and to view races?

Same here in web app for quick races. The loading screen stops at 50% with the message "Race not found"

Spectate works fine and I have my first race of the season in 4 hours. Really hope that will work..

yes, I tried myself and see the same. It's Sunday, so not sure how soon I can reach someone who can look at it, but I'll try.

loads OK again for me too, not sure if it's fixed or if it's an intermittent problem. We'll have to wait for dev's feedback :)

edit: connection lost again, so definitely not fixed yet. Patience please :)

yeah it froze for me on lap 9/20 and I got a pop up that said connection lost. Clicked on reconnect a few times without luck so closed the window and now It wont let me connect again but now the bar stops at 50% without any error message.

EDIT: Works fine again. Loaded race and resumed a few laps earlier than I disconnected. They probably just rebooted the servers.

Hello,

The situation seems to be under control and we have managed to repair the error. If anyone else has an issue about QR please comment it on this topic.
