Are stats capped at 100 or can I get beyond to 114? Or should I be getting Acc to 100, then switch suppliers to boost another stat?

The maximum is 100 in Elite. Any DP you assign over 100 add no effect to the car, and are wasted. Once ACC is 100, I recommend switching to another supplier to boost another stat.
