TranslateI tried using the free 2D viewer, and it was the same content as live timing .
What am I doing wrong?

Same issue here. 2D Viewer shows live timing content. Used up first free trial.
Running windows 8 (64-bit) and followed all relevant recommendations.
Java up to date (1.7.17) (running latest version of 7 rather than 6 - maybe that's the problem?)
Also disabled Avast! virus scan.
Tried with both Firefox and Chrome.
No luck.

I have developed a fix for this. There was a bug in the recent update affecting trials. I'll deploy this tomorrow and will reset trials that have been affected.

Andrew, has this "fix" been taken care off yet? I had the same problem and I would like to try it to make sure it works. I would like to subscribe before sunday and take advantege of the sale.Thank you
