Same issue as the "laggy inbox" issue for me over the last few days. It's taking ages to change anything on the drivers market page. Switching from normal view to skills view for example, or clicking on talent to search highest talent first etc. Some times it's taking a good 5-6 seconds longer than it was a few weeks ago. Seems to be pretty consistently slow for me - It's certainly not a one off occasion.

Perhaps something similar to the inbox issue? Or does it have something to do with the number of drivers now? I hope that's not the case, because it's only going to get worse if that's the cause.

It takes me abot 4-6 seconds to change any sort order - which I think is the same as it always was.
I don't kinow if this is slow as I have a good connection with few other programmes working on my computer.

Edwin will keep me right, but they usually ask for more details about your system etc.

Jake, yes it is about the same as always for me too, but then people in our league frequently complain about lag and I almost never have lag.

I will ask for this to be investigated

The inbox issue seems to have cleared itself up for me, now as Eton has said the drivers page is very slow to the point where it's easy to get fed up looking at it. Also lag during races seems to be getting worse and worse.

I would concur with this statement. I have never recieved issues on the simulator or the website unless it effected the whole playerbase.

Only times I have had my individual problems is when I had either local internet issues or Java Applet issues caused by my computer hosting many Java Servers.

It's something that's been progressively getting worse for me over the last few weeks. I get the same thing at work and home - two completely different connections and totally different systems. Like Lee said, lately it's been that slow at times I just close the page because I get sick of waiting for things to load.

The rest of the website is running fine, it's just the drivers market that's started playing up for me.

It's a tricky one to get right because the same query is almost never used twice, and there's a heck of a lot of data to extract and sort for the server the websites run on at the moment.

But I managed to squeeze some more performance out of this page yesterday. How is it running for you now?

Hi Jack - thanks - it seems to be working a bit faster now on all staff/drivers pages.
Takes about 3 seconds to sort but I am probably the only person online ATM - lol!!

Hmm to be honest I don't notice a difference. Taking about 7-8 seconds to load any page when I sort by attributes.

I have a very good internet connection.
The 'sort' time remains at about 3 seconds.

Mines 3 secs at moment aswell (389 managers online), but last night it was 15-20 secs, when there was 800 managers online which prob got something to do with it.
anyway not important.
