Regarding a Doctor, other than the fact you need a single one in your books, is there any benefit in keeping them when you’ve maxed out your drivers attributes? Is it worth while ditching your current & looking for the lowest / cheapest? Any guidance would be appreciated please

Wait for the contract to expire, in your case 12 races, the game will automatically assign a low level Doctor at no cost with wages of £50k per race which saves you £9m per season.
IMO, even with drivers who need training a high level doctor is not good value.

Kevin, thanks for this. I was actually asking for a friend, my drivers still need to be trained. Will pass this useful info on.
Whilst on the subject of training, once my drivers level hits red stars, the training becomes somewhat inactive (increases attribute by only 3 points at a time, although using in excess of 10% health). I believe this is because the drivers level is better than the teams level.
Other than playing the game / gaining XP, is there any other way of increasing team level so I get the most out of training?
