I am a league host currently nearing the end of our 2nd season.
I've kitted out my active managers with T20 drivers and as with many leagues seem to have hit a point where recruiting new managers has become a problem.
From what i read on forum and from testing it appears to be how leagues show up to new players.
As promotion was enabled this now puts our league at the bottom of the list as many spots in rookie and pro are available.
Due to limited league search options i am seeking another league host with a similar league to myself for a possible merger.
I have tried many races and prefere 100% race duration as you can play 1 race per day we want to make most of it.
We are set at 1.5% speed but trialling 2 x speed till end of season.
I had many plans for my league including 2 tyre rules and full stats, incluing manger of the season, comeback award etc. Once we had the numbers.
I've found 1 suitable league but after checking out thier discord forum got put off by the number of C bombs dropped.
We have designed the league for newer players by giving tyre tips, fuel usage and set up tips prior to each race.

My ultimate goal is to keep the racing close.
