Yes. It is 0.05 XP per QR. So 20 QR= 1 XP point



Are you sure? Don't you mean 5XP per QR and the max XP limit per day would be 20 QR = 100XP.


Sorry for any confusion this may cause but this is definitely my final answer now:

Driver experience goes up 0.05 for every quick race so 20 QR = 1 experience gained.

Manager XP (aka level XP) goes up 10XP every race up to a maximum of 100XP per day.

If you are playing in a league, managers don`t get XP.  Only drivers benefit from .05 exp/QR.
