A few months ago, I was struggling to get a CD my level that has good Strengths and Weaknesses, so my proposal is if we could train CD's for a huge fee to change their Strengths and Weaknesses. This then allows for all the high level CD's to be relevant, and not just a small %. We always see CD on the market that have Acceleration weakness and reliability strength, and nobody buys them, but if we could pay 100 million to then have to train them like a driver to have whatever we choose strengths and weaknesses; then everyday we log in, we can train them. I feel it would take away the issue of having to use bad staff.
I made a similar suggestion a while ago and although a lot of people seemed to like it, nothing has been said about whether there are plans to implement something along those lines
The one reason I can tell you why nothing like this has made it to the game is simply bc that benefits the top managers the most. Then we`re back in that pay-to-win loop.
Another idea would be to remove staff from teams that have been inactive for a prolonged amount of time. There is a bit of a difference between a player who's been inactive for 2-3 weeks and one who has been inactive for over a year.
There is a strategy that some managers employ where they use a dormant high level account to sign and store good CDs to service their other accounts. Only the iGP team have access to the iGP database so I'm not sure how widespread this is but a few months ago I witnessed a manager signing dozens of L19 & L20 CDs.
My solution to this would be to limit the number of CDs that any one team can hold to 3. Additionally a rule should be implemented to prevent inactive teams from hiring staff.
If this were to be adopted, the devs could maybe give four weeks notice to allow players time to reduce CD count to 3 and then automatically remove CDs from any account that hold more than 3 CDs.
I don't imagine this would be unanimously popular (I'll admit it would also afffect me) but IMO it would be in the best interests of the game and the majority of managers. I think it would release a lot of good CDs onto the market who are currently tied into inactive accounts.
