Look at my league, that's one more proof that there are hidden algorithms that make you win or not. It's that simple.
A team with the worst driver, the worst technical team but that seems to be the best by far in the races.

No, it doesn't have it more developed.

The only reason I think it is, is because of the level of thrust.
You will always use an extra high level.
The theory is that taking the tyres to the red zone ends up resulting in impaired performance. He does so for as many laps as necessary whether it is 13 or 15 until he stops.

As to the rest of your off-topic statement, I`d suggest you read the advanced guides and similar discussions in the "BUGS" section of the forum.  Frankly, I`m getting tired of the conspiracy theories involving hidden attributes.  

There is something like "hidden attributes". At least there are important things to to know that can make a little difference. You won't find those informations in the games description. But it's surely not like some managers are given an advantage or some are made slower by the game. If you read the guides and if you follow the experience other managers made in the forum you might get hints for making your team just a bit more competitive. That is what I like about this game. There are things you can find out by reading and by using your logic. Your Portuguese friend seems to know better how this game works but he surely has no advantage per se. 

The pilots are slightly different. With the same attributes some are better than others, at least that's what I think after playing this game for a while. I wouldn't say your opponents driver has to be worse than yours only because it is not as developed as yours. Maybe he just was lucky or he spent much energy in finding a good one. 

Try to find out how you can do better instead of being depressed.
