I want to race against players, not inactive players who run out of fuel etc through not practicing plus no strategy? Is there any genuine active leagues?
We have three leagues on offer that run about the time you are looking for. If not us then look up Lunch Club League also as they run about the same times. That gives you a few to choose from then!! If you need any more info just send me a message!! You will find our main post here!

There are many genuinely active leagues.
What time, what length of race, what speed and which tier?
This information would be a lot more useful than just stating that you want to join an active league.

Edit: Just checked your profile, you have only completed six races. In many leagues the Rookie tier is usually the most inactive. Stick at it, get promoted to Pro you will find there are more active leagues and by the time you get to Elite a lot of leagues are active. These are managers who have stuck it out for two or three months and as a result usually spend the time to set their cars up and attend races.
Our league is active since 2013. The new season starts soon and our Beginners Tier is very active, we just merged with the Beginners Tier of another league. Inactive managers are being kicked regularly.
