spent tokens to finish the upgrade faster on the last 2 days. game takes tokens but does not finish upgrading the building in

game takes tokens but does not finish upgrading the building instead reverts building back to previous level. tokens spent and money spent still gone

it was the first upgrade so it was level 0 to start and i was getting the first level on it
