Could it be that you took very long to write or did you left the forum in the background for a while before posting?
I had that experience one time and I did that.
I think it's related to the CSRF Token issue in the game.
If you leave the game too long in the background you get a message when you want to change the page. And the same is maybe in the forum too. The only difference is that the forum don't notify you so it don't post it.
