I finished tonight’s race 1st & 6th, but gained 0 level xp, -7411 reputation, although I still have 7000+ reputation.
I have definitely lost & certainly not gained any xp though.
Can anyone explain how this figures please as I very close to levelling up?!!!

You are L14 and there is at least one L20 team in your tier so you should have received 160XP after the race. The XP calculation is:
40+(highest level team - your level) x 20 which is 40+(20 - 14) x 20 = 160
If you definitely did not receive these XP then please raise a new thread in the bugs section and I will escalate it to the iGP support team.
Regarding Rep... This is a slightly more complex calculation which takes into account your current rep points, the average rep of your league/tier and your finishing positions. You are currently one of the highest rep teams in your league/tier so it isn't surprising that you get zero rep points for a 1-6 finish.
