recently ive used the young driver academy and discovered that when it is set to "none" it doesnt scout any drivers out and wastes money.
so the suggestion is simple; if no country is selected the scouts will travel around looking for drivers from all over the planet to fill them 5-10 slots in your academy, instead of wasting money doing nothing. it would only make the academy option a more powerful tool for those managers looking for excellent quality without it being a waste.

Kick all the drivers from the academy, set it to no training and you will be charged nothing.
As long as you have drivers in the academy there will be a charge for training them. There is no charge for scouting. If you don't want to kick the drivers (presumably because you want to train them) then this doesn't come for free, there is a fee associated with training a driver in the YDA.

what? you set the youth drivers academy to "none" country and you get get no scouting at all, why waste the potential and instead have the scouts look around for a driver since esentially you are telling the scouts to look for a driver not from a specific country.
