What did you try to do?
I upgraded my training simulator in my headquarters.
What happened instead?
When the upgrade finished, I received a mail indicating the upgrade was successful, but the level of the simulator in my headquarters remained the same.
Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Hi Jerome!
I've taken a look at your account history and I didn't find anything unusual.
Simulator upgrades cost 500,000, and I see this charge in your finances history only two times, which means the simulator should be level two.
I believe you may have expected the simulator to be level 3. Is my assumption correct? If yes, please note the simulator does not exist in the Headquarters, but is available to be built, not upgraded, once your manager level is high enough to unlock it.
This means once 500,000 is paid to build the simulator, upon completion, it is level 1. Then, upon the next upgrade, which also costs 500,000, it is level 2 when the upgrade is complete.
Hope this clears up any confusion!
