i have 44 reward points however i did not find out about this until very recently. i would like to know how to get them and how often you get them please??

Purchase a subscription - You will earn 10 Reward Points for each pound (£) spent 



So, i've just bought a subscription and didn't get any reward points? That has to be wrong given the above phrase doesn't it?
