Hello,
I started 3 days ago building kers and drs center. Today I wanted to make it shorter and spent 10 tokens. But there is still level 1 and I lost my tokens.

Hi Matt, because the Technology building did not exist before, the building had to be constructed first. This is why it is level 1.
