The tyre wear in races with overcast weather is smaller or higher than in cloudy/sunny weather?

Temperature itself is irrelevant I think. It's just the temperature of the tyre that matters, so with higher temperature you can push less hard.

That means as track is cooler with rain, tyre temperature is lower, wear is less and i can race harder because tyres dont heat up so fast?

somewhat rain still heats up but not as much...we had 100% saturation and still heated up the tires over time

Actually at some tracks wets get hotter than softs do. But generally speaking you're right.

had a race in bahrain in 32degrees temperature and it was raining, wets were getting really hot even if it was raining and not pushing at all. Inters were ok but because it was heavy rainfall, it was much slower. So it really depends on the temperature it is doing out there which can affect he track temperature which will affect your tyre temperature and your push level. Thats my opinion anyway...
