Multiply Teams

Since its quite clear that having one manager do multiply races in not feesable.

How about including into the subcriber package, an option to build a second team, from sratch. This like i said should only be fore subscibers.

100 Million to start the team. They have their own ranking system and you can only bring drivers / staff from the lower team to the higher... due to the rank of the main team v's the lower..

I dont think you should be given new money to start the new team, rather the money you have is used to fund both teams

No no.. It costs you 100 million to start the team. It's simple to make money in this game. I have 133 Mill sat there and I have everything maxed out and I don't bother with commerce very much... So it would be good to do something with this spare cash.  (I know 133 mill isn't a lot. My 2nd account has 180 mill and I know other teams have a lot lot lot more than that.)

I have over 300m and i know of 4 teams with more than double that :) 2nd team for subscriber accounts would be nice :)

A simple question from a "newbie" ... when does the team actually start to make profits? Till now I am nearly spending the money I earn from sponsors and prizes in the wages and car parts. And I was wondering how am I going to save for the KERS since it's my next move. I know this may sound silly to the more experienced players since 20million is not a lot for you, but for me it is a huge amoung at the moment. So I was curious whether I'm doing some mistakes or if it's normal at my level to struggle to save money. Thanks.

you can either auto sign staff that aren't important at low levels i.e. cormercial manager n doctor or even fire them.
Offer less money to drivers and staff. 

A quick glance at your manager profile tells me you've done about a season and a half of racing. From memory, it took me about two seasons before I started turning a decent profit. Granted, I wasn't losing money (just occassionally had to spend more than I made in a race), but I suspect I took a different route than most people on the game. KERS is actually the last major expense for a while, so once you buy that you should be turning a pretty good profit if you have good sponsorship and aren't blowing loads of cash on staff or signing a lot of drivers (signing fees can be killer).

If you are not able to achieve your objectives very often it is a good ploy to have as many marketers as you can.  As well as having good sponsorship this is the only way to make any money.
I have been bankrupt a few times so know the problems.

If you have your sponsors correctly positioned, you will have more money than you can spend.
