How do I view my shortlist? If I've put a driver on the list and they come available, where do I view this?

On the iGP home screen, you should see 3 dots in the top right. If you press them, it will say SHORTLIST. In there you can see the drivers and staff that you added.

Another question, if I do "Sell now" for a driver, and someone has them shortlisted, can they hire my driver?

Yeah. Shortlisting means it will be much, much easier to buy a driver who has been "sell now".
