New design to stronger

Hi Pavel.
Next season design is complex. It is determined by the difference in level between your team and the CD whilst the CD is active, the number of races a CD is active and the active CD strength and weakness. With one CD it is relatively straight forward but if you have levelled up during the previous season and used multiple CDs the "next season" design is not so easy to calculate.
To allow us to understand whether or not you have experienced a bug we will need to know for each race of the previous season.

2. The active CD level


3. Active CD strength


4. Active CD weakness


5. The dp for each of the eight design attributes before the Australia race.

You also need to consider that for the new 19 or 20 race seasons, in a Pro tier with the lower design cap that if you have a high level CD it's possible to achieve the cap in all design attributes except for CD weakness.

Then it is not a bug because as I said in my final paragraph above, in a 20 race season all except CD weakness will be at the cap for the start of the season. 
This is the reason I did a separate poll where I suggest reducing the dp available because otherwise, as you have found out, all cars will be equal and management of design is no longer necessary.

Hi Pavel.

I've contacted the iGP team and they are already aware that teams joining mid season are being assigned approximately 2 points per attribute bonus the following season. Interesting that the season you are about to start is 20 races long and for all teams this will result in 40 dp per attribute in seven attributes and 20 in weakness the following season which is what you are experiencing this season. Hopefully this will resolve itself when the season lengths become stable once again.
