In pro tier im 11 lvl, after race gain 220xp
Right (14-11)*20 + 40=100xp

Что случилось вместо этого?

Hi Pavel.
A couple of things.
First you say that your account is only L11 but this account is L16. If you're reporting a bug please report it using the account that is experiencing the bug otherwise we can't investigate.
Secondly, the tier level cap is only used to calculate ballast. XP is proportional to the difference in level between your team and that of the highest level team in your tier. If you are L11 and you received 220XP after the race, this would suggest you have a L20 team in the tier... 
(20-11)*20+40=220
Please can you confirm this is the case so that I can close down this bug report.

Okay, im im start this game in july this year.
When i promoted to pro, in pro tier we have 16lvl, but hp gained calulated of maximum lvl 14.
Now its its cap removed. I right understand?
