Cannot Auto-Sign Doctor

My season just ended today, and I've gone about renewing/filling my staff/supplier/sponsor contracts. I have a Chief Designer who is still under contract, but my Commercial Manager, Technical Director and Doctor's contracts have all completed. I went to the Staff page to auto-sign the three newly-vacated positions; I got a new Commercial Manager and Technical Director, but I've tried three times and the system will not fill the Doctor position. Please advise.

Perhaps a fresh login helps; I just tried again after working on my other team, and it worked first try.

Nothing really.

I tried it three times in a row and it didn't work once, and eventually I became frustrated and just decided to move on to other tasks, figuring I didn't need a doctor right that second (I still have four days until I run Australia again). I eventually logged out and went to work on my other account (no issues; had my staff sorted there already). I switched back to this account to do something else, and figured I'd try it one more time. It worked first try.

For the record, the Auto-Sign options on all the efforts were "Fill vacant staff positions" and "Sign for 17 races"; nothing more.

The auto-sign for doctor is not working.

I have noticed many teams joining in rookie that have no doctor. At least 50%
