Setup for rain not working properly

What did you try to do?
I setup for Japan on Softs, with advanced on Wets, as it was raining and over 3mm. Advanced setup was ON

What happened instead?
I was qualified in softs, when others were in wets or inters. The setup was 100% identical to other setups I did for rain, I verified and saved the setup

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
OSX 10.14.6

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome 77.0.3865.120

Can the bug be reproduced?
A lot of people have had this already, it had happened to me before but many seasons ago. It might have something to do with the new advanced setup switch, which I am not sure why is there

Additional comments:
I lost a championship due to this as there's no way I can come back from it with 2 races left

I don't think this a bug. This is the recent update they did with the advanced setup toggle off/on switch.

The toggle was on for both my drivers, and it didn't work
