System Cancelled driver Contract

I went into my driver stats to determine the next training
When I got out I noticed the driver.
The next thing I knew he was gone - an email suggested II'd cancelled his contract which I hadened.
I can't re-sign him because I had trained him to level 11 when I am at level 8  

I think the best thing to do is please log a call with the helpdesk and Aaron will be happy to assist you.

You can re-hire drivers above your level if you trained him to that level. He can be level 19 and you can still hire him even if you are level 8.

You have to wait a race though.

He wouldn't agree to the wage I offered.

Where is the Help desk to log this?
