If I promote from Rookie to PRO in one league, can I leave this league and join another and still be in PRO class?

Partial Answer:

I know it's possible to do, but supposedly if you are in the relegation zone of the league you want to depart, joining another league drops you back down a tier.

I know if you're not in the relegation zone you stay in your tier when you switch.

if he season had ended with you being promoted then yes. you can join another pro league
