Purchase of tokens

First of all, I would like to point out that I tried to post this topic on the part of the forum dedicated to bugs, but it didn't work.

On October 25th, I wanted to buy tokens (for 9,26 euros) but, at first sight, the operation did not work.
I tried again on October 26th for the same amount but again, the operation seems to have not worked.
Then, I tried again three times on October 27th (for 17,37 euros) for the same result.
Today, when I checked my bank account, I noticed that I had been debited for all 5 transactions but, after logging into the game, no tokens were credited to my account.
I do not need all the tokens and only the first order would satisfy me.
In the case that it would be impossible to refund me the 4 additional purchases, please let me know of this.

Sorry to hear about your problems with the purchase of tokens. Please e-mail support@igpgames.com with the following:

1) The receipt(s) you received via e-mail from Google Play or Apple
2) The e-mail address for your iGP Manager account if there is one
3) Your team name and league name

(NOTE: Do not attach bank or credit card statements or receipts from PayPal. These are indirect payments and do not contain necessary information for validating a purchase)

If your purchase was on iOS, but the Apple invoice has not yet arrived via e-mail, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. At the top of Settings, tap on your Apple account.
3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
4. At the top of iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID e-mail.
5. Tap ‘View Apple ID’. NOTE: You may be asked to confirm this by password or Touch ID.
6. Scroll down to tap on Purchase History.
7. Screenshot the purchases you did not receive tokens for and e-mail them to us as an attachment.

I don't use my mobile phone to play, but the browser (Firefox) on my computer (Windows 8 as OS).
I can send my e-mail address used for my IGP Manager account, my team name and my league name, and screenshots attesting to payments made to my bank account.
