Friend in Elite

Hello, Sorry for problems but i wrote yesterday na topic which i asked for help with moves to PRO class. One of supporters moved all my friends and me in my league to pro class except for one, who is in Elite. Someone can move him to pro? He is alone and next race is tomorrow and he didn't want not to race with us. I care about time. Thanks in advance for your help.
