Second boost button

Hello iGp community and team.

I'm pretty much sure that this has been suggested quite a lot of time until now, but I'm still going to try.
 
As of right now there is no secret for anyone that there are 2 boost buttons for 2 pilot leagues on tablets and in web version of the game and only one boost button in the mobile app which puts mobile players in a kind of an unfair position. Especially when we talk about high level/skill demanding leagues and races like Italy where double boosting is absolutely essential.

So my suggestion and maybe even more like a kind request is to add the second driver boost button to mobile app or a button to activate boost on both cars. That would even up the odds a lot, so mobile would be just the same competitive in "double boost races" as tablets and PCs.

Here's my 2 cents how does it put both tablet and Laptop users at an advantage you can only click one at a time on a phone or laptop/pc so you have your facts wrong there it's only Tablet users that will get the double boost option.


Just a friendly correction to your statement. 

Yeah you are right. Its not possible to pick two drivers at the same time on a pc/laptop, but you are still able to boost for both by using special keys on the keyboard, because there is one key for boost on car 1 and another one for boost on car 2. I dont remember actually what those are, but many people i know play on a pc just because of that.

Would be good to hear some thoughts from devs or any other staff capable of clearing out whether this could possibly be implemented or not. Thanks in advance.

In our league, we just added a rule. It is simply forbidden to use a simultaneous boost during the last 5 laps of a race. If you do it you are sanctionned during the following race. For us, it brought a bit of fairness in the game. 

How are you able to enforce this rule? 

We are a group of responsible managers. We all agreed on this rule and we all try to play the game in a fairly manner so, it is not a big issue. it can happen that someone does it by mistake but, he's straight away warn, stops and most of the time apologizes.

This is an interesting idea of a thing to implement in a league to make races more fair and put everyone on equal footing. But in fact just like with the tires rules you can only hope everyone will follow these rules and you will definitely have to explain it to newcomers and somehow deal with those who disagree which isn't the most pleasing thing to do. 

That is true. But, explaining to a new comer is not a big deal. And for us this rule has been put in place after a vote submitted to all our managers. As it as been agreed by all, that's why it is respected. Now if a new comer disagrees with the rules in place in our league, he's free to go somewhere else. And then if he doesn't want to go and does not respect the rules, we still have an admin who can exclude the guy.
