Translation:
good evening, I was just thinking of a small evolution of the game that would allow players to stay motivated. I know that the goal is to get closer to the F1 irl championship but it is the most motivating for the drivers of the 3rd.

I explain myself, I manage a league that is full of managers and I strive to animate at best by making teaser before the races comments sharp enough at the end of the race and I do all the stats of the elite division with the records by circuits, the biggest winners etc ... that I publish on a facebook page and the forum

but for managers who arrive just in the elite, the level of 5 or 6 or 7 first stables is insurmountable, which generates a demotivation because the point counter is 0 and the rest the whole season.

Having done a lot of competitions and motorsports it's the points and the championship standings that motivated me, whether for the 15th or the 1st place.

In NASCAR there are 40 cars at the start and everyone score points which gives a championship where everyone is fighting even for 35 th place.

so to conclude, would not it be wise to preserve a motivation and a number of active players high in our leagues to review the point system so that more players are fighting every day and do not give up after 5 the GP of the season being too far from the top 10 and not being able to hope would be that to score 1 point?

I disagree. Improving your car and fighting throught the race to finish in the points is another way of motivate. I saw a team joining a league in the midseason and finish 2nd in the final standings, I think the spying method gives a great advantage to be on the fight, and people just need to focus and work hard in order to get there. If anyone who arrives to a league can win easier, then the strategies & development of the car lose its meaning.

David,
with all my respect, you did not get the real sense of Patrick's proposal.
What you're mentionning is right and will still be and always be even if we put in place Patrick's idea.
What he's suggesting comes in addition to what is already existing, just to increase the motivation of the last managers in the ranking of each league.
I've been in the top managers of my league for quite some times now. And it is the case for the other managers of the top 10 as well. And if none of us decides to quit, the last 6 managers will never score. There is no interset for them to play if they know that they will never win, even just 1 single point. I could see the joy of some of them when they finally scored 1 point after 3 or 4 seasons in Elite. But, few of them accept to stay 3 or 4 seasons to score 1 point. Most of the managers just prefer to stop playing iGP. And this is one of the reason that's kill this game. A too high turn over of managers doesn't guarantee the survival of the different leagues, especially in Beginners and Pro categories. There are more people leaving the game than people joining. In our case, we even had to merge with another league to make sure that we were going to survive. Having a scored ranking for all the managers in a league would give more motivation, even to the last ones. They will fight to finish 15th, 14th, 13th...
And it is not by proposing to allocate points to all managers that the interest of spying, searching for better strategies or increase the developpment will diseapper. This would remain the same.
And the better spies, the best strategists and the best developpers will always be in front. They will just score more points.

I understand what Patrick is proposing and I respect your opinion, but I believe this makes the points less valuable. The best position in which you finish the race makes you improve in the standings if you're not finishing in the points, but better than other teams in previous races. Yeah, it's difficult to get through this because lvl20 teams will always be faster until you reach lvl18-20, but that's also the objective of the game: to manage your team through different subcategories and developing your drivers, cars, headquarters and teams with the final goal of compete with the best of Elite.

I also think that is bad idea, I just translated it for some players who don't speak French
