Jack, Andrew or someone please have a look in to my race tonight, something was wrong with the pit strategy tool.

I set 37 ltrs for my stints on softs. By the end of the 2nd stint, I realised that I had 1 ltr to much abd took it off. They put 37 lts on... I tried again and nope. Same thing.

I closed my 2D down and when I loaded it back up, it was set to 36.. They put 37 back in. Ok not so much an issue I know.. BUT.. Last stop I wanted to test something and swapped both teams to 36 and hards...

37 Softs was put on my main team (2D paid account) and 36 Hards went on my 2nd team.

I have no idea if it's my end with my java or something wrong with the team in the scripts... I've noticed somethings like this before with my main team, but I've not said anything... KERS randomly being used when it's un-checked and other little bits like that.

By this time J Talor had already pitted and used 1 ltr. I got the grab with the 2nd driver. Both put softs back on.

Cheers Edwin.

I am on Firefox Jeff. I use IE for my F2P team and they was working fine. My main team (With these small issues) is on Firefox.

I was in the same race, using Firefox and everytime I altered the fuel for my two cars, things worked as they should.

I think there's actually a sort of cut-off window when you can still adjust the fuel load in the strategy window, but your crew has already locked in how much fuel to put in. Basically, the game lets you adjust the value after the crew's already decided what to do (ergo, the game locks the value to changes too late). I had a similar situation yesterday in Turkey when I'd decided to add a few laps to my second stint, and then at the last moment wanted to take one lap off of it. I had set the stint to 53L, but then changed it to 49L just as my driver was coming in. I got the value changed but my crew still put 53L in the car.

I wouldn't say this is a high-priority issue, but it may be something that needs to be looked at.

I was in the free viewer btw.

I was doing my race in Opera at the time. I don't think the browser used should matter though. (Java is Java no matter the browser.)

I had my 36 ltrs before stop 3 out of 5 and left it as that for the whole race. So how much time do they need ??? lololol

If you could see how many stints I had set, then it would of shown you that I mainly use 1 or 2 stints for each race and then I use the main part at the bottom to change anything that is needed during the race..

If I have it set up for 1st stint softs @ 30 and then swapped to Hards @ 48 and then the rest of the stints are Hards @ 44ltrs, then I would only ever set 3 stints for the whole race and just use the bottom section if I needed to change anything on the fly.

Wow that's unfortunate Rob.  That should be looked at, because it's the little changes to strategies during races that can make a big difference.

I use Firefox, and haven't had too many issues with the 2D viewer.  Sometimes, whether in my league or spectating, somehow the Java screen moves up to where I can't see the top bar, and a couple times my KERS button's weren't activating, which worked fine after I reloaded Java.

@ James
Yes I agree that the browser shouldn't matter but unfortunately it sometimes does - or so I have been told by other people who know what they are talking about (I don't!!).

I don't think my Youth Drivers are being trainned any more either.

I have 1 at 55% and another at 60% and I don't think they have moved in the last few races.

Jack or Andrew.. Can you please look in to my account and see if anything at all is wrong please.

Thanks in advance.

@Rob
It would have been better if you had put this in a new thread - this one is about pit issues.
