Daily offer not working.

I’ve used the daily offer twice now and both times it deducted the tokens from my balance and never added the purchases.

May I ask if you can give me the following information:

- Approximate date and time when you bought the daily deals
- Please indicate the daily deals that you bought

Two days ago I bought $6.9 mil for five tokens. And I bought an engine pack a few weeks ago that never came through also. I think it was for 8 engines but I can’t quite remember now that one.
