İ made a purchase from daily deals but was not added to my account. Need help...

May I ask if you can give me more information about this?

- Approximate date and time when you bought the daily deal
- How much token did you spend?
- Deal that you bought

I'm not quite sure which day it is and especially what time it is. Must be 17 or 18 November. Must be 6.x million for 3 tokens or 4 tokens.
