My league uses 1x play speed at 50% distances. Managers in my league are cautious to change these, but also want to experiment. During a season, before the start of a race, can i change both the play speed and race distance and try it for 1 race? (change back after race).

If you change them, the changes will come into the race after the next one (to make time for strategy and setup adjustment).
