Drivers...

In my case, I spent 3 tokens and got man-woman-man.

I believe The Academy is pure random, the more is leveled up, the more probabbility of finding better talented drivers (men and female)

You gotta be joking, right? Not this stupid discussion here, too.

Besides, both male and female drivers should perform the same if their stats are equal.

Women drivers are very rare in motorsports I guess. 

Oh hey "Johnny" you think you are on a higher pedestal above people why dont you look at your own posts maybe you are lashing out because you are too depressed to do anything except  read and judge peoples discussions. This kind of negativity is bad to see. 

I think the generation of drivers is quite random. Like, I once generated two female drivers in a row in the academy (both had low talent, so I didn't promote them), it has no relation with any sort of discrimination I think, the generation is quite random. Besides, the only thing that matters at the end of the day is the talent level of the driver, so I don't think that it is much of an issue

I have manged to get at least 6 or 7 woman drivers from my academy.  I have won my Probleague with an all woman line up.... I think they are not attracted to you chief.
