I have DRS, and KERS and I was wondering, If you was the sell the research facility, would I lose the KERS and DRS?

I'm pretty sure you won't lose it Liam, but not 100% sure.  I didn't need the 5 million like I thought I would, so didn't sell it.

ATM you do not lose what you have already researched.  This aspect of the game will probably be modified in the future and more features added to the facility.
