Hola, he comprado en la tienda la oferta de 10 motores por ocho tokens y no me han sumado los motores y he perdido los ochos tokens

Por favor, q cuesta mucho trabajo reunir tokens para q desaparezcan así y me hacen falta los motores q compré con dichos motores. Gracias.
