Upgrade office and hospitality

Is there any point in upgrading offices and hospitality? 
It will increase the moral of who? Pit crew?

Hi Nigel,
It will increase the moral of your Chief Designer, Technical Director and Doctor.
Currently, this doesn't seem to have much effect on anything, but I personally still develop it (after all other buildings are done) in case the developers would attach some other purpose to it in the near or far future.

It has effect on retiring age of drivers and staff, low hospitality would mean they retire at younger age
