Cheated out of auction

I have picture evidence where I placed a bid but the counter just froze and had three dots going back and forth and I lost out on a CD level 18 with good acceleration and bad reliability.  I am very upset!!!!!

Thank you guys so much I am sorry I didn't respond earlier.  I just logged onto the game and saw a lot of tokens and was like what! I thought my child bought some somehow!  I appreciate it and I am very thankful!
