Choose circuits from season 1

Hello ... Is there a way to choose the circuits from the opening of a league (from season 1)?  Thanks...

Idk why it isn't possible.

Because when I created a new league, the circuits were automatically in the same order as before.  And I could change the order but only for the season after (season 2).  Hence my question: can we choose the circuits from the creation of a league (for season 1)?
