Could be a good idea to add search system in the market that permitt you to search all staff members and pilots for sale with specific features. with filters for level, wage, high and low feauture. A system that permitt you to search all staff members and pilots and not only the 3-4 members proposed in the market for each job. So will be easier to search and buy the members that you want.
