Cosa hai provato a fare?
I want to upgrade the simulator facility but I cannot click on it (both mobile and PC), I'm on level 4 so should I be able to upgrade it.

It's not possible to click/tap on simulator for upgrade it.

Is there another building upgrade in progress? If there is you're not able to select the simulator (or other not yet built buildings) and have to wait until the other upgrade has finished.

To which level are you trying to upgrade the simulator? You can't upgrade any facility above your manager lvl, which is 4 atm.

Yes, there was the design build in progress but even when there are no upgrade in progress I cannot click on it

Hi Daniele, when the construction process is underway, everything else is blocked, waiting for the end of the construction.

This is because your simulator hasn't been built yet and you can't select a non-existent facility. You won't be able to build it whilst you have another building under construction. Your video shows that at the moment you are upgrading your Design HQ. When this upgrade is complete you will be able to build your level 1 simulator.

Once it is built it will behave in the same way as your other HQs, you will be able to select it even when other facilities are being upgraded.
