Elite is pretty competitive. Open to ANYONE from ANY location.
Elite and Pro DO have a two compound tire rule in which you must use M or H tires for at least one lap.

What league doesnt!! Seems the whole getting Rookie manages into leagues that are running and not dormant has become a thing of the past again!!

Hello there,
I'm interested in doing a proposal with you. It's about making a fusion between leagues, cause my league (Formula F1) is unable to attract new players... The elites are very competitive but we're struggling to recruit new rookies or pros... What do you think about it? PD: We have a 2-dry tyre rule.

Sorry mate not that i wanted to join but was agreeing with you on the whole rookie senario! I even tried like yourself with the Need Rookies as the heading and that seemed to push them further away lol
