Promote 2 teams from pro

Hi guys,
My league manager posted this thread
https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/31078 in the wrong spot.
Basically we have 3 pro teams with 1 non active and we'll like to promote them to elite, (2 active teams).
Then the newbies to pro level. 
Is this possible?

Thank you for waiting.

I have moved the managers from Pro to Elite tier. Since the host didn't mention anything about the Rookie tier, please ask him to post a message on this thread.

Once I receive his request here, I will promote the managers from Rookie to Pro tier. Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for help. As for Rookie Drivers I need to consult with my league to see if they want that.
