I've made drastic changes to the format. This league resets after each season. BRAND NEW Level 1 Accounts Only. Must be new drivers and staff. You must keep your original drivers for entire season.At end of season, ALL teams will be kicked and must rejoin with BRAND NEW Level 1 Account! No Promotion. This is a ROOKIE  tier only league. 2 Cars. 2 Tire Rule. League starts 1/6/2020
