Hi,
I have seen a Manager have a lots Account. Now he has a complete league and many other leagues Accounts. I have a Friend, he startet a new League and now he has 7 Accounts from him there. Is there a way to check it?
I don't want to make the name public, out of fear of evil comments.

A manager can have as many accounts as they want there is no rule against this. Plenty of managers have multiple accounts where they race in different leagues in one day.
Some managers will place multiple accounts in one league to help boost the numbers so the search engine will pick the league up so other managers will join.
