This is probably not in the right section of the forums but the one thing I’m wondering is if it’s worth it to get a good doctor. Most of the top guys in my league don’t have one. Also does the doctor have any affect on your race in the game.

In my opinion, the doctor does not make sense to take it at every change of level, the expense is not worth the return, already having a level 16 team with a 1-star doctor you can bring the pilot with all the parameters to 20

The doctor's effect is that drivers lose less energy, during training.
It might affect races a bit but drivers' stamina will be more important and I am not certain  that.

So having a good doctor allows you to train your drivers more. When reaching high level, you don't train as much, hence the 1 star doctors.

With lower level team, it is useful to have 3-4 stars doctor to train drivers faster but this cost quite a lot of money. I would say until level 10 it can be useful, but later on not that much.

If your drivers have 20 on every attribute (except talent and experience) you can drop the doctor, until then i’d say keep a good doctor, progress is much faster with a 5 star doc compared to 1 star doc, even  if your driver is above manager level, that is my experience

Ill give a short example: there are 24 hours in a day (no surprises there) with a 5 star doc that means training 12 times a day (equals 36 points per day) while a 1 star doc means training 8 times a day (equals 24 points per day).

Ethan you have 21 points to go in terms of perfect mental attributes, thats 2100 points in total.

Should there be no races, with a 5 star doc you reach perfection in 58 days, with 1 star doc in 87 days, thats a difference of 29 days !!
