When I switched leagues it said I couldn't race again until 19:30 but when I switched leagues it shows that I can't race until 21:30.
It is a shame cause I wanted to join in for the first race of the season.

You can thank others who liked to jump from league to league and abuse the system to get a better % on their cars..
You made be 100% legit about wanting to race in that league.. but thanks to others, you'll will have to wait until the next one. :(
That is unless an Admin can lift the time penalty for you. Send a message to the help desk. No harm in trying.
