In my league we were discussing why, when there's a wet race, you need to change things on the fly.
This lead to me having the following idea...
How about the "Advanced" settings section of the Strategy page by changed so that it more resembles the basic settings area? It would mean that we could set a strategy for dry races with, for example car 1 on a 3 stop strategy and car 2 on a 4 stop strategy but a completely different strategy in case of a wet race, with maybe both cars on a 2 stop strategy.
This would help those who are unable to join before the cut off time. As it stands, if your strategy has a short 1st stint on supers but it starts to rain an hour before the race, you may start on wets but you'll still be pitting on lap 8 or 9 whereas with my idea, you'd have set a strategy for a wet race with a 1st stint of, maybe 25 laps
I don't know how hard this would be to implement but hopefully, not too hard because the basics are already there, the standard strategy page would just need tweaking and that then used to replace the Advanced area and renamed Wet Strategy.
