Since many seasons, the league where I attend decided to add a constructor championship:
2 différents persons decides to team up to add an additional challenge during the season!
We collaborate for strategy, race management and so on.
it bring something quite different from the traditional 1 or 2 car leagues and brings a lot of entertainment.
My suggest :in the admin option of the league, add a « constructor championship » where people can decide of their teammate/ team .
It will create in-game : one pit-crew for 2 guys than needs to collaborate to pit by example.
About the development : there should be another option to decide to share infrastructures with someone else ( it will let the choice to fully commit to the team or not) and then make an average of infrastructures. Same for the staff. Only drivers remain to the complete responsibility of the manager.
